In addition to the design, engineering and manufacturing of axles, FPW also provide mid volume subcontract precision machining.

FPW provide components that are always finished and tailored to our customer's requirements. FPW can provide parts in a range of materials and machined to the highest standard. We are a preferred machining subcontractor to many special purpose vehicle OEMs and Tier 1 manufacturing companies.

5-axis machining of complex components is one of our main areas of expertise. The company has invested heavily in this department, purchasing the latest Doosan CNC machinery. Our CAD technology and state of the art machining centres improve accuracy, repeatability and speed for our customers.

In addition we offer the manufacture of complex turned parts quickly and reliably using the latest Doosan CNC turning technology.
