Quality Assurance is at the core of the FPW Axles business model. The company's success has been formed upon our strict compliance to our Quality Management System (QMS). All FPW Axles staff are continually trained to have an awareness of their immediate and wider working environment and the impact and benefits of a successful QMS. Our QMS includes all aspects of the business and this has been a driver in the delivery of our manufacturing strategies. The full QMS and Quality Assurance documentation of FPW Axles is a comprehensive internal legislation that can be viewed by customers upon request.

Inspection

 

With a dedicated inspection department that employs state-of-the-art technology and vastly experienced quality staff, customer are assured every component produced is machined and assembled to exacting standard, The accuracy of all our axles are supported through production with CAD/CAM software that removes operator error and ensures that the throughflow of parts and axles to the inspection department is seamless.

We have invested in the highest specification and highest resolution CMM to ensure that all parts adhere to the strictest of quality controls that are in accordance with our quality assurance policy.
